After more than 12 months of project management from Ms Lize Janse van Rensburg, the online enrolment system across SCEA schools began this month. Swan Christian College (SCC) is the first of seven schools to roll out this new software in conjunction with ‘EnrolHQ’, an all-in-one online enrolment system.
This new system will now facilitate a positive parent experience, complete with tour bookings, interviews and promotional videos prior to initial meetings with College staff.
“There is no substitute for meeting people face-to-face,” said Mr Steven Wellbeloved, Swan’s Head of Advancement, “but to be efficient and equip prospective families with as much information as possible before their school visit was paramount for us in this new experiential change.”
Ms Van Rensburg was delighted that the project has come to fruition, with six more schools set to go online this year!
“I am overjoyed at the success we are enjoying to date,” said Ms Van Rensburg, “this is a testament to what can happen when teams come together with a shared purpose and goal of equipping our parents with the best possible enrolment experience.”
Since the Swan system was activated on 2 May 2023, the College has received more than 50 enquiries and tour bookings through the new system!
This is sure to keep the Advancement Team members, Mrs Jane Jayes and Mrs Marie Goodchild, very busy in the coming months!
