Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in place for SCEA employees

This time of year can be a busy and stressful time. The SCEA Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to service employees who may be needing support.

For staff unfamiliar with the EAP, it refers to the confidential and solution-focused external counselling service available to SCEA employees. A number of these sessions can be accessed directly by the employee, with the fees are covered by SCEA.

SCEA employees can engage with four different Christian EAP providers as part of the benefits of working in our organisation.
