SCEA adds new provider for its Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

For those staff not familiar with the concept of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), it refers to the confidential and solution-focused external counselling service available to SCEA employees. A number of these sessions can be accessed directly by the employee and the fees are covered by SCEA.

SCEA employees can engage with a number of different Christian EAP providers as part of the benefits of working in our organisation. Previously there were three different providers across the Perth metropolitan area. We are now adding a fourth provider; Hills Psychology & Counselling.
