It was a case of ‘onwards and upwards’ as the giant cranes came onto the Marshall Road site of Beechboro Christian School (BCS) and picked up a number of classrooms to be moved to the new site recently.
In our last edition of SCEA News, we reported on Mr Mike Bolan’s first day on the new site (Bennett Springs Drive, Bennett Springs) and the long hours his staff gave to make the transition as smooth as possible for the students and parents at BCS.
With the new classrooms now operational, some of the BCS demountables were moved to the new site to accompany the learning areas for the students. Mr Bolan is expecting to begin the 2024 year with approximately 350 students, and his hope is for all of the demountables to be moved to the new site for Day One, 2024.
