During the mid-term holidays, there is a need for the SCEA ICT team to ‘shutdown’ all ICT machines and services across all SCEA sites to facilitate the installation of equipment in the SCEA server room.
Friday 14 July 2023 is the second week of the holiday break and this day has now been approved by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) as the optimal time for this work to be carried out.
Where staff members are able to work on site because they can do so without access to ICT or telephone systems, they can do so.
However, they will need to discuss this with their SCEA Principal. If they are a SCEA Head Office employee, they need to discuss this with the Chief Executive Officer.
