With more than 750 SCEA staff and Association members invited to the 2026 SCEA Celebration Day, the gathered group at Riverview Church marked the start of the new year in style with worship and words of wisdom from two keynote speakers.
A team of talented staff members from across SCEA schools led the day with worship, followed by a heartfelt video devotion from the world’s number one female high-jumper, Mrs Nicola Olyslagers.
Attendees were encouraged to reflect on how they carry the image of God into every circumstance, and how we can continue to represent God well to those around us.
Keynote speeches from Dr Graeme Cross (Chief Executive Officer – SCEA) and Dr Darren Iselin (Research and Innovation for Christian Schools – Christian Schools Australia) shared insights into how we can live and work out of God’s abundant grace in a professional context and how God’s shaping work in our hearts and minds is essential to that.
