In accordance with the Enterprise Agreement applicable to all teachers and support staff, the next round of salary increases will take effect on 1 December 2025. As such, the first instance of this increase will be paid in the 10 December 2025 payment run.
Please also be advised that, under the current Enterprise Agreement, leave loading has been annualised and has been included in your fortnightly remuneration as part of your hourly rate since 1 December 2024. As a result, there will be no separate leave loading payment.
School-based staff on individual contracts will receive salary increases aligned with the Enterprise Agreement, effective January 1, 2026. Central Office staff on individual contracts will receive salary increases in accordance with their contracts, also effective January 1, 2026.
The last pay cycle for 2025 (ending 24 December 2025) will be processed on 17 December 2025 and will be paid early.
The first pay cycle of 2026 will be paid on 7 January 2026.
