EAP Providers Updated Ahead of New Year

What is an EAP? The acronym stands for ‘Employee Assistance Program’, which is available to all SCEA staff who require mental health and emotional support from qualified professionals.

While it is fulfilling to work as part of a Christian organisation, it’s normal to experience periods of stress as we navigate the ups and downs of life.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is one of the ways that we invest in the holistic development of our staff – professionally, personally and spiritually.

As part of SCEA’s ongoing commitment to staff wellbeing, the list of EAP Providers is consistently updated, making it even easier for staff across SCEA sites to access a provider close to them.
