For SCEA staff who are not familiar with the ‘EAP’ acronym, it refers to the ‘Employee Assistance Program’ that is offered for SCEA staff who require emotional support from qualified professionals.
Working in a Christian school is deeply fulfilling, yet it’s natural to experience moments of stress as we navigate the demands of our roles and the challenges of everyday life.
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is one of the ways we invest in the professional, personal, and spiritual growth of our people.
The EAP is here to provide confidential, practical support when you need it most.
In SCEA’s commitment to staff wellbeing, new providers have been added to the EAP, making it even easier for staff from across our SCEA sites to access a provider closest to them.
