We are all aware that our SCEA schools are experiencing growth in enrolment numbers, and that will, in turn, require additional teaching and operational staff for our schools and the SCEA Head Office.
SCEA schools are always keen to recruit Christian staff from churches across Perth, and a new ‘SCEA Referral Scheme’ will now allow this to be recognised through monetary compensation.

That’s right!
SCEA is launching an internal referral scheme designed to grow our organisation’s workforce and reward staff for their involvement.
This new scheme offers a $250 incentive to SCEA staff who successfully recommend a candidate for a vacant position across our organisation.
This payment will be made to the referring staff member once the recommended employee has completed six months of work.
Leveraging SCEA’s existing network of 1000+ exceptional Christian staff provides us with a unique opportunity to recruit like-minded employees and continue to see our mission and vision outworked across our organisation.

You may be wondering if the incentive applies to staff members who have previously been referred for work at SCEA – alas, the answer to this question is negative.
The referral scheme will not be paid retrospectively for positions that are already filled.
We encourage anyone who has previously recommended friends for a position at SCEA who are interested in the new referral incentives to prayerfully consider who they can refer in the future!
