As many of you know, Dr Graeme Cross (Chief Executive Officer – SCEA) and Mr Nick Wood (Chief Operating Officer – SCEA) have been making their way around SCEA schools this term, sharing the Term 2 Strategy Wheel. These sessions are a great way to keep staff in the loop about Head Office priorities and what’s coming up each term.
At this year’s Celebration Day, we also revealed the Strategic Plan for 2025–2030. The ‘Strategy Wheels’ are one of the tools we will use to help track our progress and ensure we are on the right path to meeting our goals.
Dr Cross will continue his Term 2 visits once he’s back from Canberra, with Beechboro Christian School and Northshore Christian Grammar School next on the list.
