Mundaring’s STEM Team Wins Interschool Challenge This Week

Mundaring’s Year 10’s demonstrated their excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) this week, winning an interschool competition at Claremont Showgrounds.

The final results ladder recorded the MCC team as the highest placed finisher after a full day of various challenges.

  7. St James Anglican
  8. Darling Range Sports College

Mundaring’s Head of Secondary Mr David Elsing was overjoyed by the result and was impressed by the 1st place result:

“I have a feeling this is where Hills’ kids come into their own – forever tinkering in the back blocks and building cubbies in the bush!”

A hearty congratulations to teachers Mrs Jerilyn Chan, Mr Ross Lambert and Ms Leticia Vander Ros for leading the Year 10 students to victory.
