On Friday, 18 July 2025, more than 100 SCEA executives and middle leaders gathered at Dreambuilders Church in Middle Swan for SCEA’s first-ever Leadership Summit.
This milestone event was designed to enrich and equip School and Head Office leaders while promoting excellence across the organisation.
Following an opening address from SCEA’s Chief Executive Officer, Dr Graeme Cross, attendees engaged in a full day of learning and connection around the concept of ‘virtuous leadership’.
The two keynote addresses were delivered by Mrs Monica O’Neil, an experienced minister and educator, and Dr Nathan Mellor, a renowned thought leader, TEDx speaker, author, and Chief Executive Officer of Strata Leadership.
The day offered opportunities for interschool networking, practical workshops led by SCEA’s Chief Education Officer, Dr Gregg Weaver, and valuable leadership insights to inspire ongoing growth and impact across our schools.
