Working in Christian schools can be rewarding – but none of us are immune to the stress than can accompany our work as we journey through life’s challenges.
The SCEA Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to service employees who may need support across our SCEA schools and the SCEA Head Office.
For staff unfamiliar with the EAP, it refers to the confidential and solution-focused external counselling service available to SCEA employees.
Every employee can access several of these sessions directly, with the fees covered by SCEA.
SCEA employees can engage with five different Christian EAP providers as part of the benefits of working in our organisation.
