Enterprise Agreements ‘roadshows’ will discuss the proposed changes for 2025

Negotiations around Enterprise Agreements for both Teachers and Support Staff have ended, with representatives from the SCEA Head Office, Staff Committees and the Independent Education Union of Western Australia (IEUWA) having completed their discussions.

We are now moving forward with ‘roadshows’ at each SCEA school and SCEA Head Office.

Before the voting period begins, “roadshows” across each of the SCEA schools have now been scheduled to allow SCEA staff to ask questions, understand each part of the proposed changes and take the time to discuss them.

Dr Graeme Cross (Chief Executive Officer – SCEA), Mr Nick Wood (Chief Operating Officer – SCEA), Mr Matt King (Chair of the Staff Committee), and Mr Sidney Rajanayagam (Chief Human Resources Officer – SCEA) will be visiting schools and the SCEA Head Office to present details of the proposed Agreement and respond to any questions.

The following dates and times have been set aside for the visits:

10 October 2024, 3.30pm: Southern Hills Christian College (completed)
14 October 2024, 3.30pm: Ellenbrook Christian College
15 October 2024, 3.15pm: Swan Christian College
21 October 2024, 3.30pm: Beechboro Christian School
22 October 2024, 9.00am: SCEA Head Office
22 October 2024, 3.30pm: Northshore Christian Grammar School
23 October 2024, 3.30pm: Mundaring Christian College Secondary Campus
24 October 2024, 3.30pm: Kalamunda Christian School

In the last edition of SCEA News for Term 3, Dr Cross outlined a number of the positive changes in a short video.
