Higher edOn a cold Monday evening, a group of SCEA teachers met with Dr Graeme Cross (SCEA’s Chief Executive Officer) to consider postgraduate studies for staff who are interested in furthering their learning in educational leadership.

SCEA has committed to covering 50% of the costs associated with the completion of Masters-level study if it is undertaken with one of Australia's Christian tertiary providers.  Many of these courses bring together the scholarly literature associated with the relevant discipline (education and leadership) and theology.

While there was a number of teachers who were unable to attend the session, a sizeable contingent from the Ellenbrook/Beechboro community (Mary, McLean, Ben Harris, Alison Cross, Dan Rolt and Michelle Schouten) were led by Andrew Johnston and Kyall Mills was the sole traveller from Southern Hills.

Well done to all those who are embarking upon this study!
