KCS STEMAt Kalamunda Christian School we provide many opportunities for students to be involved in after school activities. We have brought Scitech in to run an after school STEM club here for sixteen weeks, offered to students from Years 4 to 6. This club encourages a love of robotics and technology. In Term 1 students will investigate Animatronics and during Term 2 they will be learning about Edison Robotics.

There was such high interest that the class reached full capacity and we had to make a waitlist. Due to the demand for this, we will run this program again in the second half of the year.

There was a cost involved ($200) which includes the resources and materials to build their project as well as being able to take home what they make at the end.
