Enterprise Bargaining Meetings Begin at SCEA Head Office

Over the past week, formal negotiations have commenced to formulate the new Enterprise Agreements for our teachers and support staff members.

Our hope is that the meetings will be conducted in a spirit of cooperation and collaboration and allow some great outcomes to be achieved through the process.

The initial round of meetings was held this week on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon, with staff representatives from across SCEA schools meeting at the SCEA Head Office.

The Independent Education Union of Western Australia (IEUWA) representative for the meetings was Mr Mark Elliot who joined the meeting via Zoom.

We look forward to reporting the outcomes of these meetings in future editions of SCEA News.
